I offer a welcoming, confidential, non-judgemental space for children and young people aged 8-18 years of age to explore their thoughts, feelings, relationships and life experiences. Having the space to focus on themselves and process how they think, feel and experience can be transformative and provide relief, clarity and hope.

I have a warm and down to earth personality and I respect individual uniqueness and circumstances. I am skilled in building meaningful and trustworthy counselling relationships with children and young people so that they can engage in the therapeutic process and move forward in their lives and development.

I do not believe that any one therapeutic modality is right for everyone. As an integrative counsellor I am trained to use person centred, psychodynamic, systemic and cognitive behavioural therapies. My work with children and young people is uniquely tailored to their individual needs and importantly for children and young people. I am trained to use play and creative activities within the counselling I provide.
